VoiceGo Free and Unlimited: choose a transcription plan

Choose a transcription plan around the recordings you actually handle. A few short voice notes may fit the free allowance. A weekly lecture archive or a set of long interviews may benefit from longer files and batch uploads. VoiceGo's plan differences focus on that workflow.
What the free plan includes
You can submit three transcriptions per UTC day, one file at a time. Each accepted file is processed up to the first 30 minutes. You can review the text alongside the audio and download individual transcripts. The free-plan guide explains the daily counter and what happens with longer media.
What changes with Unlimited
Unlimited removes the free plan's daily transcription count limit. It supports files up to 10 hours long and 5 GB each, with up to 50 files in one batch. Paid jobs receive higher queue priority, and exports omit the free-account VoiceGo attribution message. Bulk export helps you deliver several transcripts together.
These limits describe accepted uploads, not guaranteed completion times or a dedicated server. Processing depends on media length, provider capacity, and selected options. Speaker recognition and other optional processing can have their own limits even when a file fits the plan's overall upload allowance.
Choose your billing interval
The pricing page shows current monthly and annual options and the total charged at checkout. Compare the full annual commitment with monthly flexibility, rather than looking only at a monthly equivalent. Additional annual licenses are available for teams using separate accounts.
Manage your subscription from Account Settings and find available receipts in Invoices. Read the billing portal's effective date when changing or canceling a plan. Canceling a subscription and deleting an account are different actions.
Try your typical recording before upgrading
Choose a representative sample with the language, speakers, and microphone quality you expect to use. Compare Zip and Proof, check important names and figures, and test an export in your preferred editor. A plan upgrade expands capacity; it does not guarantee that every word will be correct.
Our philosophy is straightforward: make the limits understandable, let you inspect the result, and keep useful export formats close at hand. For an unusual workload, ask [email protected] about your requirements before purchasing.
